RSPCA ACT is the biggest animal shelter in the ACT. We offer public vet hospital clients attainable payment plans for low income families. We also run a full-time animal cruelty inspectorate in the ACT. On a daily basis we engage with high numbers of people in our community. We enjoy substantial media coverage and have high engagement on our social media channels and our website, giving us opportunity to connect further with our community.
To successfully continue our mission - to prevent cruelty to animals by actively promoting their care and protection – we build strong relationships and enjoy support from members of the Canberra community. This ensures animals (and their humans) requiring RSCPA ACT services are cared for.
