Notice of RSPCA ACT LTD Annual General Meeting

For the year ending 30 June 2025

RSPCA ACT Limited will be holding it’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 27 November 2025 at 5:30pm at RSPCA ACT, 12 Kirkpatrick St, Weston ACT 2611.
Members are invited to attend. Note that we have limited space available to meet in person at the RSPCA ACT Shelter. For this reason, a MS Teams Meeting link will be provided upon RSVP for members who are able attend the meeting online.
The proposed business of the annual general meeting is:
a) the consideration of the 2025 (1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025) annual financial report, the Director's report and auditor's report.
b) Confirmation of new auditors.
c) an update on operations.
d) the election of one Directors.
e) Questions from members.

Please indicate on the RSVP if you intend on attending in person, or via MS Teams.

Note:
• Any eligible member interested to stand for election as a Board Member must complete the attached Nomination for Board form and return it by no later than Wednesday, 15 October 2025.
• Current Members who have RSVPd have a right to appoint a proxy for meeting attendance. The proxy appointment must be with the Company Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
