Dogs arriving at our shelter often need extensive care, and Sari was no exception—her list of medical issues was challenging.

When Sari first came to our inspectors' attention, she was in distress. Underweight, suffering from an ear infection, and struggling with a painful ‘Cherry Eye', she needed veterinary care. 

At our Shelter, Sari received the critical care she had always needed. Our vets treated her infections, performed surgery to remove her damaged eye, and put her on arthritis medication to ease her pain. Slowly but surely, Sari began to heal and found a safe and loving home. 

Without the ongoing generosity of our community who truly love and support the animals we care for; we could not have rehabilitated and rehomed Sari.
